Ms. Elowsky is a partner at Wolkin Curran and focuses her practice primarily in the area of insurance coverage. While litigating and taking cases through trial and appeal are part of her repertoire, Ms. Elowsky strives to provide the highest quality representation and counseling to achieve the most common sense and practical approach to resolving disputes.
Ms. Elowsky received her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1999, and was a member of the San Diego Law Review. She then returned to her home state of Michigan where she defended clients in a broad spectrum of cases ranging from discrimination to automobile accidents, including trying cases through verdict.
Upon returning to California, Ms. Elowsky began to specialize in insurance coverage. She has handled environmental, asbestos, construction, bodily injury, professional liability, automobile, and bad faith claims. Ms. Elowsky’s practice includes the counseling and educating of clients on risk management and best practices.
Ms. Elowsky also teaches Legal Research and Writing and has taught LRW at the University of California, Davis, as well as Golden Gate University.
